Quality policy
BCT GROUP‘s policy is to fully satisfy the requirements of its customers by providing high quality facilities. It aims to continuously upgrade its products while continuously improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the Quality Management System.
Within the framework of the Quality Policy, the Management sets specific basic quality objectives, which are reviewed at regular intervals and which aim to:
- To control the installation of systems to customers.
- To improve the quality and speed of customer service.
- To consistently manage the problems that arise and to improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborating with external partners who meet the company's high-quality standards.
- Confirmation that the company's processes are working efficiently.
For the implementation of the Quality Policy, the company operates with the following principles:
- Actual and substantial implementation of a Quality Management System within the framework of the EN ISO 9001:2015 Standard.
- Every employee is responsible for the quality of their work.
- All employees are fully informed about the company's Quality Management System and take care of its implementation, under the supervision and guidance of the Management.
- The company provides all the required means (resources, training) to achieve the quality goals.
- All actions, which may affect quality, are planned and implemented in accordance with the Procedures, which have been developed based on the process-based approach of the Quality Management System.
- All control elements are analyzed and used in the context of a continuous effort to improve the Quality Management System.
- The Quality Management Officer has the jurisdiction and organizational independence to ensure that the Company's Quality Management System operates and is adhered to in accordance with the ISO 9001:2015 Standard.
