Winery

Temperature is a vital part of fermentation in winemaking

Desirable fermentation temperatures vary for red and white wines. Red wine fermentation temperatures are optimally between 20-30°C while white wine fermentation temperatures are recommended at or below 15°C.

Deciding the ideal temperature for wine fermentation is a tricky science which largely depends on the type of wine the brewer intends to create.

In Winery we make systems for:

Must cooling during fermentation

Barrels maturation cellars temperature & humidity control

Bottles aging cellars temperature & humidity control

Wine chilling for stabilizing before bottling

Bottling areas temperature control

Ventilation during steam sterilization process

Tasting areas air-conditioning
