Upgrading the air conditioning of a cheese factory in Elassona, Thessaly.

  1. Pasteurization Engine Room
  2. Basque Production
  3. Basque Maturation
  4. Brining VAT
  5. Maturation Semi Hard Cheese
  6. Bulk Packaging
  7. Manuri line
  8. Five cold rooms
The goal of the project was achieved through:

• Addition of a new air conditioning unit for air supply 8,000 m3 / h

• Installation of fabric air ducts suitable for food

• Electrical panel installation to power the air conditioning unit and the axial fan

• Achieve maintenance of specific temperatures in all areas

• Installation of HEPA filters

• Achieve ISO-8 room cleanliness class

• Ozone sterilization

• Installation of a production remote monitoring system

• Installation of central hot glycol heating exchanger and central hot glycol pump
