Molds Washing Machine Room:

Feta Packaging Room
Opening feta cheese containers, cutting feta cheese & primary packaging:

  • Dehumidification to achieve relative humidity <70%
  • Air purity: at least ISO 8 at “at rest”
  • Positive air pressure, overpressure: 5-8 Pa
  • Free cooling
Paper Packaging Room:
