Replacement of three gas boilers with one (1) Central HVAC Unit with an air supply of 30,000 m³/h, in the Curing room. The CCU brings 100% fresh air into the room and expels from the room the air that has been “contaminated” with the components of the production process. Only in the case of energy saving will air be recirculated.
The air that is brought in is filtered with G4 and F9 filters, and is preheated with a recovery wheel that “crosses” the air discharge stream with the fresh ambient air. The air that is discharged is filtered with G4 type filters.

The air is then heated by the heat pump through an air-freon exchanger (Condenser), and in the final stage, if necessary, the air is heated by the electric boiler through an air-water exchanger.
At the exit from the KKM the supply air temperature is +65°C, regardless of the ambient and room conditions.

  • Improvements compared to Premating with heat pump operation
  • Avoiding freezing of the evaporator by recycling hot air discharged from the room onto the evaporator fins.
  • Greater precision in regulating the supply air temperature in the Prematuring area, with a heat pump with two independent cooling circuits.
  • Less energy consumption with full air recirculation during start-up when the room is still cold.
