HVAC & Process Cooling of the new COCA COLA PET line
Dew point adjustment of the space for proper product packaging processing.
It is with great pleasure that we completed the construction work on the HVAC system with DPC (Dew Point Control) control on Coca Cola’s new PET production line 3E.
The state-of-the-art new PET line is one of the most important investments of Coca Cola 3E in recent years.
The air conditioning system that was installed is based on the combined control of the temperature and relative humidity of the production area, with continuous monitoring and adjustment of the Dew Point in the air that diffuses and comes into contact with the product. In addition, the air conditioning system enables Free Cooling, reducing energy consumption to a minimum.
Some of the main technical characteristics of the system are:
Total air flow 117,000 m³/h
Total cooling capacity 1,245 kW
Total heating capacity 300 kW
