BCT Group has undertaken the design and the construction of a cleanroom for ultra-high voltage cable manufacturing, (over 120 kV), at Fulgor SA factory in Korinthos Greece.
The project scope was the construction of a Cleanroom with an antechamber and material air lock, all ISO 8 class.
Cleanroom Requirements:
- Cleanliness class ISO 8
- Temperature 20 to 26οC
- Relative humidity up to 60%
- Overpressure 10 to 15 Pa
The cleanroom conditions controlled by a central automation system. The automation system monitors:
- Temperature and humidity of the cleanroom
- Air supply in the cleanroom
- Alarms for parameters that are outside the desired operating range
