Design and construction of Cleanroom 550 m2 and Cleanroom HVAC system for the new production line and packaging of tortillas of General Mills International.

Our company undertook the design, construction and certification of the clean space as well as the supply of the necessary machinery and construction materials. New panels and high quality false ceiling were installed, fully harmonized with the ISO specifications.

Air distribution circuits from galvanized steel air ducts were designed and installed, with thermal insulation and external lining in the external duct sections, with 35 air terminals, with the necessary air dampers and with air regulation equipment.

In addition, we supplied and installed a hygienic air management unit of 50,000 m3 / h with face and by-pass damper. The HVAC control system includes monitoring and the necessary sensors, actuators and valves. Electrical panel and electrical wiring were installed according to GMI specifications. The certification of the performance of the Cleanroom as well as the commissioning was done entirely by the specialized engineers of our company.
