Project scope was:
Design & construction of the industrial air-conditioning & refrigeration systems of the Chipita factory in Konstantinoupolis (Istanbul), Turkey
The design was exclusively based on our own know-how & faces the following issues:
• Industrial air-conditioning of the Laminatories & the production area
- Equipment (condensing units) assembled by our company.
- Low temperature & humidity control
- Use of “hygienic” methods & equipment
•Special Ventilation of the production area
- Supply of filtered fresh air
- Positive air pressure inside the production area.
- Creation of a “clean” production environment to avoid contamination risk.
