BCT undertook the design and complete renovation – reconstruction of the laboratories and the GMP microbiology laboratory of Rafarm on the 1st and 2nd floors so that the new laboratories would have a larger capacity to accommodate laboratory equipment and to increase the ergonomics of the spaces.
The entire reconstruction was carried out without stopping the laboratories, with the temporary installation of the equipment in microlabs that BCT constructed until the end of the project.
Also, due to the remodeling of the space, a new study of active and passive fire protection was carried out, as well as a study for:

• Electrical requirements
• Data cabling
• Compressed air requirements
• Laboratory air (oxygen, nitrogen, CO2, etc.)
• Cold water
• water
• Sewage
